Yes, if you choose an SRL or SRLS with natural person partners, cash contributions and Italian qualified digital signature, you can form it by videoconference with the notary, without physically coming to Italy. For SAS, SNC, cooperatives and other corporate forms, physical presence or a notarial power of attorney is required.
