Si tratta di una misura destinata a interventi di recupero del patrimonio immobiliare pubblico e privato sfitto, invenduto o sottoutilizzato e sua destinazione a servizi abitativi sociali.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si tratta di una misura pensata per andare incontro alle richieste di chi non ha le possibilit\u00e0 economiche per stipulare un contratto di affitto a libero mercato ma dispone di un indicatore Isee troppo alto per ottenere una\u00a0casa popolare. Un aiuto indiretto a tante famiglie e \u2018single\u2019 lombardi che, trovandosi nella cosiddetta \u2018fascia grigia\u2019, ogni giorno devono fare i conti con grandi difficolt\u00e0 economiche senza aver diritto ai sostegni previsti per chi ha redditi bassi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con il bando, che si aprir\u00e0 in ottobre, i soggetti privati o pubblici che ne faranno richiesta potranno accedere ai fondi regionali per effettuare interventi di recupero di alloggi di cui sono proprietari o di cui, comunque, hanno la piena disponibilit\u00e0.
