Read the panels
The sheet groups requirements, qualifications and permits, initial formalities, the tax and social security picture and the bodies to contact into separate panels.
Request the report
If you wish, you can request the report of the sheet by filling in the form: it will be sent to you by email.
Frequently asked questions
Does the tool replace checks with the SUAP or other authorities?
No. The tool gives orientation, but requirements and procedures may vary depending on the municipality, the region and the nature of the activity. Checks with the SUAP, the Chamber of Commerce and the other competent bodies remain necessary.
Is the information complete and up to date?
The sheets do not cover every activity or special situation. The result should be read as a starting point, not as a definitive opinion.
Do I need to enter personal data to use the tool?
No, to view the sheet you only need to indicate the activity. Your data is needed only if you decide to request the report through the form.
